I ordered on Uber Eats for delivery the quality is not the same from their first location in flushing or bayside. It’s completely inedible. Chicken is chewy and overcooked and the outside is soggy not crispy.

Great food like all the other Mad for Chicken. We went for really dinner, only had a few other tables of dinner there. Ambience was typical with booths on one side and tables with chairs on the other - but kind of weird to have a big space in the middle of the room. Servers were very nice and attentive. We had ordered soft garlic wings and avocado salad - both were delicious. Glad that we don't need to drive to Bayside to get Korean food chicken!

Came in on a Saturday for lunch. Entered at 2:27PM Ordered a potato skewer and 30 chicken wings. There was only one other patron in the store when I entered. If you’re a regular consumer of Korean fried chicken, you know to expect to wait at least 20 minutes because the chicken is made to order. It was almost an entire hour since we ordered our food and nothing had come out yet. We were getting ready to get up and walk out when the appetizer came out at 3:25PM. 58 minutes after ordering. The wings came out several minutes later at 3:37PM During this time, nobody came to pick up delivery orders or anything like that so it’s not as though the kitchen was swamped. They were simply not cooking. The chicken itself was mostly pretty good but something tasted off about it. I can’t pinpoint what it was but we only ate half of our food and declined taking the rest to go. Maybe old oil or old chicken. I’m not sure. The waiter who tended to us was kind. Unlike other mad for chickens, this is just one big empty room with a big bright window. Felt like dining in a cafeteria. No decor on the walls. No theme. No vibe. It’s just opened a couple of days ago, service is top notch, food was also good , the chicken is crispy, flavored and spicy exactly to my liking, they even gave me popcorn while I was waiting for my takeout, that’s good service and keep it up. Also it’s great to have Korean fried chicken near the area live

We went to the opening. It was amazing. The Carle Place restaurant’s hospitality was amazing. The staff was very friendly. It was a great vibe. Location is Central and the food was on point. Their chicken tenders were amazing their soy sauce wings were amazing and we had a great time. Can’t wait to go back with family.
